Frankies Furry Friends

Frankies Furry Friends was founded in 2010 and is an all-volunteer, all-home foster based small breed dog rescue based in Northern Kentucky. Frankies’ main focus is giving dogs in our care a second chance. We accept dogs from overcrowded shelters, puppy mills and owner surrenders. All dogs receive the vet care they need (including spay/neuter surgery) and are placed in a loving foster home until they are ready for their forever home. Frankies also has a hospice program and a Senior-to-Senior adoption program. In that program, older dogs are placed with older adults and Frankies continues to provide support. Hospice dogs are unadoptable and spend what time they have left with a volunteer in their home.

Frankies is in need of foster homes. We provide training, all materials, vet care and food. You provide patience,

love and the opportunity to be an important part in the dog’s journey to a new, forever home.
